María Elena's story

Maria only has a first grade education. She is married and her husband is a bricklayer. Her business is printing photographs on resin. She has four children who attend school and two nephews, also students, who live with her.

Maria has a business where she sells pupusas (stuffed tortillas), orange juice, milk shakes, yucca, corn enchiladas and other items. Her eldest daughter helps in the business in her free time. Maria also works in the resin photography business with her husband.

Her dream is to improve her photography shop and for her children to get an education.
