A loan of $675 helped to plant coffee seedlings in the field.

Reiser's story

Reiser is 41 years old and a single dad. He lives with his two children in the Tabacal town center in Jaen, Peru.

With great effort and much work he is a coffee grower which is his source of income to support his household. He relies on his mother who helps take care of the little ones. He needs financing so he can plant coffee seedlings in the field and continue increasing his harvest's yield. Additionally, during the months when he does not work in the coffee fields, he works as a day laborer on other people's farms, generating additional income. He realizes that by being responsible he will have access to better opportunities to improve his family's quality of life.
