A loan helped a member to buy livestock wholesale.

Paceñita Group's story

The Paceñita communal bank, as part of the Copacabana Agencia, is comprised of eight members. They are friends and neighbors from the area. It is led by a board of directors, and Sandra is the president.

The loan they will take out will benefit small businesswomen where Sandra is a member. She currently has a business of selling cheese. She learned this business several years ago.

The loan that she will now take out is to increase capital in order to buy livestock wholesale. She will make her purchase from the wholesale vendors in the city of La Paz. This will later serve as a means of production. This way of working allows her to generate resources to support her family financially.

She is in a common-law marriage and has three children. She aspires to have a store with various cheese products in the city of La Paz.
