Mr. Pon S. and his wife, Mrs. Chek Cheng, are farmers who own a small piece of land where they cultivate rice. On this farm, they face a problem because their field has infertile soil. In order to deal with this problem, Mr. Pon S. decided to ask for a loan to buy fertilizers to support the field to make his crop more productive. He would use the rest of the loan to buy pesticides to kill all kinds of insects. Mr. Pon S. is the father of two children who are both farmers.
