A loan helped to buy merchandise and a display case.

Maria Magdalena's story

Señora Maria is 31 years old. She is married, but she has been separated from her husband for a year and a half. She has two children, ages 11 and 8, who are in school. They live in Jaramijo, a place with beautiful beaches that bathe its coasts, and in which the majority of the inhabitants are very hard-working and are dedicated to the tasks of the sea.

She is a woman who likes to work and thus earn her own income, which serves her to get ahead, along with her children. For ten years she has worked in the business of selling cosmetics, costume jewelry, and clothing by catalog. She does this work as a street vendor, and she goes out to go through the streets to offer her products. She sells on credit and collects weekly and biweekly.

This loan is to buy merchandise and a display case for her business.

Her dream is to have a prosperous business.
