Mrs. Koem Ly Kuoy Village Bank Group's story

Mrs. Koem Ly K. is 40 years old and she is a village-bank president. This village-bank loan consists of eight people who all live in Ang Roveay village in the Takeo province. All of the members will use the loan for different purposes. Mrs. Koem Ly Kouy is the mother of five children, two of whom are silk weavers while the other three are students in the local school.

Mrs. Koem Ly Kouy is a farmer who owns a small piece of land in which to cultivate rice. Aside from her plantation, she is a silk weaver. Since this business is going well, she wants to expand it so she decided to ask for a loan to buy silks to weave. Her husband, Mr. Un Oeun, is a traditional singer who is invited to sing in wedding ceremonies and parties. All the members are shown in the picture but some of them are blocked.
