A loan helped a member to buy clothes, wholesale.

Nueva Esperanza Ii Group's story

The “Nueva Esperanza II” community bank, part of the Agencia Collpani, has eight members who are friends and neighbours from this region. It is run by a governing board, with Eulogia as its chair.

This loan will benefit small micro-businesses, including Eulogia as a member. She currently runs a business selling clothes, which she learned several years ago. The loan will be used to increase her capital for wholesale purchasing of clothes from wholesalers in the city of La Paz, which she will then sell at her sales location. This work lets her earn an income and support her family financially, as she is a single mother. Her dream is to expand her business.

In this group: Jenny, Maxima, Eulogia, Zulema, Natalio, Jhosselin, Melisa, Saray
