A loan of $975 helped pURCHASE GOODS FOR SALE.

Rosa Idalia's story

Rosa Idalia C. Z. sells goods such as pants, blouses, underwear, perfumes, paintings and corduroy in various areas of the Estelí department, mainly in its municipalities like Condega and San Juan de Limay and Pueblo Nuevo.

Rosa Idalia will use the loan to purchase and sell goods in the above mentioned areas. Her business started by selling perfumes in San Juan de Limay. Her business has grown since her husband suggested to her that they sell clothes in other areas and well as perfumes. Rosa is a street vendor, she has not established her business in a fixed place but it has worked very well. She goes out selling three times per week. Previously she farmed with her husband.

Rosa hopes that the loan will work well since sales have been rising to date and she believes that she will earn a greater income. She is married and has a 4 year old daughter, and she works together with her husband. Her parents don't live with her and she has her own house where she lives with her family. This is her sixth loan with Ceprodel and the first she has been given for trade since the others were for farming where she told us that she was grateful to Ceprodel for the services that they have given her since they have helped her to improve her living conditions, her business and her income.
