Duhuzimihigo Group's story

Helene is a 34 years old mother of two children. She is very kind and social among her neighbors and committed to the improvement of her family's living conditions.

For two consecutive years, Helene has owned a small retail shop selling rice, sugar, tomatoes pastes and other basic goods, without any employee. She expand her business gradually yet her lack of capital prevents her from reaching her sales targets.

So, Helene is requesting this loan in to overcome this challenge and buy more inventory, and be in possession of sufficient stock of merchandises for sale, then increases her sales which will increase her revenue.

The profit generated by this loan will be used to repair her family house.

Moreover, Helene is the DUHUZIMIHIGO group leader, plus this is her second loan cycle with Visionfund Rwanda. Her previous loans, all of whom are repaid helped her startup her retail shop business and improved her family's living conditions.
