Mrs. Soeb C. is the mother of four children who are all students. She lives in Prey Bay village in Takeo province.
Mrs. Soeb C. is a farmer who owns small piece of land on which she cultivates rice. Her husband, Mr. Noeun Morm, is a duck breeder who is able to earn a small income to help his family. He is shown on the right in the photo.
Since her husband’s duck business is going well, he wants to expand it so Mrs. Soeb C. decided to ask for a loan to buy more ducks for breeding.
