Baroatkhon's story

Baroatkhon has been selling children's clothes for 11 years. She is married and has 2 children. Her husband is a worker, but his salary is not enough to support the family. So she decided to help her husband.

Baroatkhon’s business is located in the open-air market in Panjshanbe. She brings her goods from Istaravshan’s wholesale market. She began her business by selling towels; gradually, she changed her type of goods to children's clothes. Baroatkhon became a client of MicroInvest in 2006. Her first loan was for 100USD. She used her loan to buy modern clothes for little girls. Soon she was able to increase the volume of her goods. Today her stall is one of the known stalls in the market. She has many clients and she always wants to meet their needs.

In future, Baroatkhon wants to expand her assortment by including seasonal clothes for autumn time. She is requesting $400 to do this.
