Margaret's story

Wonderful People! Margaret has been practicing mixed farming for ten years. As the key breadwinner for her family, which consists of her husband and children, she farms a small plot of land in the green, lush hills of Kenyenya in the central region of Kenya. She decided to start mixed farming with the hope of giving her family a better quality of life. Margaret’s desire to get ahead is admirable because, despite her age and the obstacles she has experienced, she doesn't reduce her efforts to achieve her objectives. Margaret practices mixed farming on her farm. Through her profits, she has managed to take care of her family's needs and also give her children a good education.
