Gormah's story

Meet 36 years old Gormah from Liberia. She is living together with her partner along with 6 children. All of her children are stay in school while living at home. She runs a business which sells table market such as rubber dishes, oil, rice, pepper, onions vita, soap, and other items to her customers in the general market. She has been in this business for the past 10 years now and works 15 hours per day and 6 days a week. Her main challenge is that sales are sometimes slow. Gormah requested this loan from Brac Liberia to purchase more rubber dishes, oil, rice, pepper, onions vita, soap, and other items to sell and grow her business. She says that the extra income from this loan will help to take care of her family, and to educate her children. In the next 5 years she wants to build a house.
