A loan of $1,000 helped buy a computer.

Elviz Ronald's story

Elviz, 27, is a single young man with no children. His father abandoned him and his six siblings when Elviz was barely 18 months old. Therefore, his mother had to work a lot to get her seven children ahead. She worked in the dining room of a cooking university.

Elviz is a professional in a technical career. He is a systems analyst. He does not currently practice his profession due to the excessive unemployment in Bolivia.

Elviz lives in the city of Cochabamba. He works Mondays through Fridays in security at the Colonial commercial center. On the week ends he works in a restaurant. He works everyday to be able to help his mother with the household expenses.

The loan is to buy a computer because he plans to open an Internet café. He has his savings for the other part of the capital for the rest of the computers.

Some of his hopes and dreams are to always help his mother and to have his own house. His biggest wish is to work in a business where he could practice the career that he has studied.
