Julienne S. was born in 1950 in Abomey Calavi in the department of Atlantique in Benin. She has been living for about 20 years in the neighborhood of Dogoudo in Allada, located also in the department of Atlantique. She is a widow and the mother of six children. She provides for the needs of two of them. All her children attend or have attended school. Julienne lives alone with the two children for whom she cares, and is the sole provider for them. Julienne attended school until secondary level.

To support herself and her children, Julienne sells food products in Allada. She gets her supplies from Savè in the department of Collines. She has been in this business for 38 years. So far she was granted two loans from Alidé and repaid them on schedule. Julienne came now to Alidé and applied for a third loan, which she will use to increase her inventory and better meet the ever increasing demand from her customers.

C'est une veuve, qui est mère de six enfants dont deux sont à sa charge. Tous les enfants de Julienne sont scolarisés. Julienne vit seule avec les deux enfants à sa charge, et supporte seule leurs charges. Julienne a fréquenté l'école jusqu'au cours secondaire. Pour subvenir à ses besoins et à ceux de ses enfants, Julienne vend des produits vivriers à Allada. C'est à Savè, dans les Collines au Bénin, que Julienne s'approvisionne. Julienne exerce cette activité depuis environs 38 ans. Julienne avait bénéficié de deux crédits auprès de ALIDé, crédits qu'elle a bien remboursés. Julienne sollicite un troisième crédit auprès de ALIDé, en vue d'augmenter le stock de ses produits et de mieux satisfaire la demande de plus en plus nombreuse de sa clientèle.
