Yolita's story

Yolita B. is from the village of Tipolo, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental. She is 42 years old, is married, and has four school-aged children.

Yolita owns and operates a general store, selling daily-use products such as shampoo, soap and toothpaste in the local community. She is just starting this business.

Yolita joined GDMPC to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and her ability to engage in business activities. She is requesting a loan of 3,000 PHP which will be used to purchase additional products to sell. This loan will be her first from GDMPC. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to financially support extended members of her family.
