Minh's story

Mihn is 29 years old, married, and has two children. She has been selling dried food and bricks for eight years. Minh lives in Hoang Hoa District, a rural section of Thanh Hoa Province. Her family is a low-income household in the area. In addition, this region often experiences natural disasters, such as floods and drought.

One of the most critical difficulties that concerns her is not having a hygienic latrine. Her income is not enough to acquire a new one, so Mihn is requesting a loan to purchase sand, cement, bricks, and equipment for building a toilet.

Mihn joined Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution in 2017 in order to improve her business. She successfully repaid two loan from Thanh Hoa Microfinance Institution.

Minh hopes for her children to do well in school, for her business to do well, and for her family to be healthy and happy.
