A loan helped to buy 3 piglets, 300 kg of feed, 60 kg of soybeans for food supply, and materials required for growing potatoes.

Voahanginirina's story

Voahanginirina paid off her loan in the agreed timeframe even though she did not receive a profit. The loan was used towards her business as per the terms. Due to bad weather, she did not have a good crop of potatoes. Voahanginirina intends to recover her losses with a new loan.

To avoid a loss, she is requesting a loan in order to carry out two business activities. She wants to do pig farming and grow potatoes. The support of lenders will let Voahanginirina buy 3 piglets, 300 kg of feed, 20 kg of corn, 60 kg of soybeans for food supplies as well as the required materials to grow potatoes.

She wants to sell these in the local market with the goal of buying a rice field to add to her capital and expand her farming business.
