Liza L., 41 years old, is a rice farmer from Norala in South Cotabato. Her family relies very much on her farm. Whatever income she makes from growing rice, it is a big help for her family to be able to buy food, clothing and other basic needs. She started tilling the farm in 1987. She will not stop until she is able to make all her children graduate from school.
She would like to request for a loan of Php 15,000 from Community Economic Ventures Inc. She will use the loan to buy farm supplies. In that way, she will be able to increase her harvest and income.
