A loan of $2,000 helped to buy products for his grocery shop using cash instead of credit.

Mohammad's story

Mohammad is a Palestinian man living in the city of Nablus. He owns and manages a grocery shop which he has owned for six years. It is the only source of income for his family which consists of six members. The business is going very well and there is good demand for its products,

Mohammad requested 2,000 USD from FATEN to pay in cash for some products he previously bought on credit as paying in cash will give him a better price and better product quality. The cost of the loan is much less than the cost of buying stuff from the merchants on credit.

Mohammad appears in the photo at his store.
