A loan helped a member to buy a few rams to resell, in order to be able to cover some expenses.

Kafo Group's story

Moustapha comes from Mali. He is 42 years old, married to a homemaker, and the father of five children between the ages of 4 and 18. Three of his children attend school. Moustapha himself never went to school. In the photo, he is the man holding the ram.

Moustapha has become a client of the RMCR in order to finance his activity. He raises rams for a living, buying his animals at the local market and reselling them at the same venue. With his profits, he manages to cover some of his family's expenses (medical costs and school fees). He enjoys a good reputation in the neighborhood.

In the future he would like to be granted a larger loan, which would help him to increase his activity and boost his income.
