A loan of $1,050 helped buy merchandise to stock her business.

Jessica's story

For twenty years she has been devoted to selling and making shoes for children. The work is divided in the following manner. Jessica is in charge of making the contacts for the sales and buying the material. Therefore, it is very difficult to find her in her shop. On the other hand, her husband is in charge of making the shoes. He stays in the shop during the whole day. Both of them work very hard because they want to give their children a better future. Even though they are often tired, working and getting ahead motivates them and gives them the desire to keep going. Little by little they are improving their shop. They are looking for a larger place and to hire more workers in order to increase production. It is the tenth loan that she has had with MFP. She has always been characterized as being very punctual with her payments. She wants to use the money from the loan to buy more shoe molds in order to fill the customers’ orders.
