Inyangamugayo Group's story

Letitia is 30 years old, married and has four children. She lives happily in Muyumbu community with her husband, who is a farmer. She is very committed to the well-being of her family; she works hard in order to improve her family's standard of living.

Letitia has owned a small business selling livestock (cows, goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits) for two years. She has one employee. Letitia has gradually expanded her business but her lack of capital prevents her from reaching her sales targets and diminishes her business profits. She is requesting this loan so that she can buy more livestock from her trusted supplier farmers and be in possession of sufficient stock of livestock for sale. She will increase sales and earn more revenue. Moreover, the profits generated by this loan will be used to buy fertile cultivation land on which she will start her own agricultural activity. With this loan, Letitia will be in a position to expand her business and improve her family’s living conditions.
