Sola's story

Sola is a 47-year-old mother with seven children. She manages a small business of selling taro and bananas in her village to earn a living. Sola has been doing this for more than three years. She needs a loan to buy a wheelbarrow, a rake, a shovel, a water tank, taro root seedlings, banana tube seedlings, chemicals, a backpack sprayer, and a pitchfork in order to run her business.

Sola hopes to use her profits to expand her business and provide for her family’s needs. She became a member of SPBD in 2014.
