A loan of $3,100 helped a member product purchase.

Talita Kurmi Group's story

“Talita Kurmi” is a group of 11 women who attend meetings in the “Alto Lima” Center. They meet to secure access to the loan that they all need to increase their working capital for various enterprises including the sale of vegetables, cookies, spun wool, operating neighborhood stores and creating jewelry crafts.

They are aware that they have many competitors and need to be better than them by having excellent customer service and offering high quality products. A clear example is Maria P., 48 years old, a married mother of 4 children who owns a neighborhood store. The thing that most caught the attention of “Pro Mujer” is the attentiveness in the store and the ability to save. With the loan, she will buy mostly oil and noodles.

In this group: Rosmery, Maria, Maria Felisa, Dionicia, Juana, Marina Paula, Lidia, Jenny, Maribel Brigida, Valeria Alejandra, Wilma
