A loan helped to buy a cow, salt, and vitamins.

Marilin Tatiana's story

Marilin is 21 years old, lives with her common-law partner, and has a young child. She explains that her parents kicked her out of the house and she found help from the person who is now her husband. He works in a factory making dairy products.

Marilin earns her living raising cows for their milk. This work allows her to pay for her studies as a nurse. Her husband helps with the work and the care of the child so that she has time for her studies. She is seeking her second loan through the Banco Vision Fund Ecuador to buy a cow, salt, and vitamins and thus increase production of milk. Then she will improve income and be able to finish her studies.
