Nasreen Kousar's story

Nasreen Kousar is a woman of age 39 and involved in a livestock business at the subsistence level. She lives in a small village near Gujranwala, Pakistan. Her village is surrounded by lush green fields and is an ideal place for agriculture-related businesses.

She takes care of the animals (baby goats and calves) and sells milk as well as goats for meat purposes. This additional income helps her to manage the educational expenses of her children. She now wants to buy more animals to increase earnings but lacks money to do so. She therefore has requested a loan to finance purchase of animals.
