Sixta Maria's story

Sixta is 51 years old and lives in the municipality of Puerto Berrio in Colombia.

She’s a very humble woman who has also a great talent, she’s an amazing cook. She comes from a family that hasn’t a good economic situation and that’s why she always wanted to have her own food business to be able of helping them, something she achieved in 2003 when she became an entrepreneur.

She lives in a town with much poverty and in post-conflict, so she wants to make her business sustainable. She’s asking for a loan to buy a big fridge where she can stock her supplies to prepare her food.
