Fakafo'ou's story

Fakafo'ou is 34 years old. She's a married woman with four children, two of whom are currently attending school.

Fakafo'ou is currently running her business of weaving.She had her loan from SPBD Tonga and used it to buy some pandanus as a raw materials for her weaving.

Her business located at her own village and she hired two person to help her in weaving her business in order for better productivity. When they finished weaving a mat, she used to sell it out to earn money help her family for living also to help paying back her loan.

Last February there was a strong cyclone named Gita that hit Tonga and destroyed most of Tongan people'd livlihoods and, as for Fakafo'ou, the roof and the wall of her house was damaged.

She has a visions for the future of her business, tfor it to run well to earn some more income in order to renovate her house and also aim for a better education for her children
