A loan of $700 helped tO BUY SNACKS TO SELL.

Georgina's story

Mrs. Georgina belongs to the “New Light for Tomorrow” Communal Bank, a part of the Arariwa Association in Cusco province, Department of Cusco. She is married, 47 years old, and the mother of 3 children, two of whom are still dependent on her: Melissa is 15 and in the 5th year of secondary school and Gonzalo is 14 and in the 3rd year of secondary.

Georgina's character and her desire to achieve her dreams motivated her to start her own business selling snacks. This has increased her household earnings. From the outset, she has been wining customers. Now, she can count on a set of customers who ask for her snacks daily, because they can count on her to provide the snacks that they need for their grocery stores, and because she offers her characteristic personal attention. She has been in this business for years and it has gone well, thanks to the effort she puts into her work. She is an enterprising and hard-working mother who is advancing her family, despite adversities.

Georgina needs the loan to buy more snacks from the “KARINTO” company in Lima. She is very grateful for the opportunity offered by this means and she promises to comply with the payment schedule as charted.
