Hilda Luz's story

Sra. Hilda Luz R. B. is 35 years old, lives in the Esperanza district in the Trujillo province, in the La Libertad department in Peru. She belongs to the New Hope Community Bank. She has completed primary education but did not progress because of the lack of spots in the national colleges. She lives with another and has two children who depend on her economically. Hilda is dedicated to the sale of earrings, bracelets, toys and other goods in the different markets in the city of Trujillo. WIth her first credit of $125, she bought earrings, bracelets, toys and other goods to increase her stock of goods. She is requesting a credit of $525 with which she will buy toys for girls and boys for the Christmas holidays. Her dream is to lease a stand in a market where she will be able to sell her goods more tranquilly.
