A loan of $2,700 helped a member increase working capital.

Crisolito Group's story

This group consists of 11 members, all who live and work in the same area where they carry out their meetings. The majority of the members started their loan experiences with Kiva partner Fundacion AgroCapital, and none of them has taken out loans from other institutions. As mentioned in previous descriptions, three of the members are men, and one makes a living as tailor making suits and sports coats for men, while another drives his own taxi, and the other is a construction contractor. The majority of the women in the group make a living selling fruits and groceries, and one of them is a seamstress at a jeans factory. The members put a lot of effort into their work and are always trying to deliver a better service so they can increase their income. The members who sell fruit will use to the loan to travel in trucks and bring in the fruit to sell at the area's markets.
