A loan of $425 helped increase his production of potatoes & peas.

Miler's story

Miler is 41 years old and lives peacefully at home with his wife Eva, who is also 41. They have 4 children: Jersy (age 19), Sandy (age 13), Alexander (age 7), and finally little Mayuri (age 6 months).

Miler is a very responsible gentleman who engages in agriculture, growing potatoes and peas in his own fields. He works every day early in the morning until nightfall. Miler cares for his land by himself and is motivated by his desire to see his children succeed and to provide them with a good education. This is why he undertakes his work every day. Monitoring his fields is very tiring, but it is necessary to prevent crop damage and ensure a good harvest.

In addition, his wife helps support the family by raising cows and selling the milk for extra income. In the future, Miler hopes to see a day when his children all become professionals, an opportunity he did not have to pursue. He also wants to acquire lots of land to leave as an inheritance to his children and grandchildren because he is convinced that land is the best natural resource a farmer can have.

This is his third loan with MFP. Miler promises to fulfill each of his payments. His is very satisfied with the work of his Communal Bank and the other members have been very supportive and responsible as well. The money he is requesting will be used to plant more potatoes and peas, which are the crops most commonly grown in the area.
