Julias Mwangi's story

Julias is a mason. He works on the construction of stone houses at Kiganjo, a rural area which is near Thika town. He has been in the construction industry for the past three years. His business challenge is the low income which he gets paid. It is due to this challenge that he wants to start a grocery store and a shop.

He will use the proceeds of his loan of KES20,000 to buy home product goods in order to start a new business. Opening a shop and a grocery store will enable him to supplement his income and create a source of employment. His goal in life is to become a house building engineer. Julias is married and has two daughters. He describes himself as social, jovial, takes initiative and hard working.
