Bibata's story

Ms. BIBATA, aged 40, is a widow and the mother of three. The oldest is 14, and the youngest is 11. Three children are attending school. She has three persons to support.

For nine years, she has been selling fabrics (plain, lace, and damask). She gets supplies from Mali. With the money granted, she intends to purchase 13 yards of lace. She wants to use the earning from the loan to reinvest in her business. Her ambitions include expanding her business by becoming a wholesaler and covering her children’s school fees.
