A loan of $2,675 helped a member operating capital.

Las Muñequitas Dos Group's story

One of the most important characteristics of the "Las Muñequitas Dos" group is that their president, Carmen, just like the rest of the members, is a mother who is seeking sustenance and well being for her family. Among the activities that the members carry out are selling food, selling bread, selling clothes, and motorbike taxi service. The competition for these businesses is strong because the women have to compete with other similar businesses that are already well established in commercial sectors such as restaurants and bakeries, this motivates them to work harder in order to become successful. The loan will be used to further improve their businesses and to give better attention to their customers in the form of repairs and upgrades and to buy new merchandise of better quality. The great majority of the members worked in similar institutions at the Fundación Agrocapital and understand this type of work.

In this group: Carmen, Maria Esther, Benito, Erika Jenny, Amalia, Adelaida, Jaime, Mercedes, Consuelo, Yolanda, Marlen, Reinaldo
