Adrienne's story

Adrienne is 21 years old. She is a mother who is unmarried. Her daughter is 2 years old. Adrienne still lives with her parents and brothers but strives to be active, so as to be independent in every way. For five years, she has been raising pigs. The profits she earns are the means for seeing to the needs of her daughter. She can also help her parents financially.

She decided to take out loan at VAHATRA to expand her pig farm, which is doing well. She benefited from an initial loan. With the profits from it, she was able to obtain 160 kg of rice to eat. She is asking for the help of lenders for this loan. She wants to purchase a pig and 270 kg of rice bran to bolster its feed.

Adrienne is highly motivated and wants to progress. Her dream is to have a better life. Aiming high now, she is thinking of providing an education for her daughter in two years and wants to save money. Her hope is to have lender support to develop her business.
