Felecia F. is a leader of a group of four borrowers called God Comes First. She is a youth without a child, but fending for herself through business. Her education level is eighth grade. She lives in the Frog Island Community in Gbarnga City, the capital of Bong County, Liberia.

Her business is the sale of general goods. She buys general goods wholesale and sells at retail to residents of Frog Island Community. Felecia has been running this business for two years, and is hoping to expand her business into a shop. Bad road conditions is a difficulty Felecia faces when transporting goods from wholesale to her business site. She talks to customers in a good manner in order to encourage them to always come to patronize her business.

She needs this loan to purchase new kinds of goods to improve her business. Felecia dreams of building a house for her family in the near future.
