A loan helped a member to grow more cashews.

Tha Group's story

Tha, 49, is married and resides in a village in Kampong Cham Province, Cambodia. She is a farmer and has been operating a cashew plantation with her husband, where they are working to add to the family income. Both of them are making around 10 USD per day.

Tha wishes to grow more cashews, but lacks capital, which is why she is now leading a group of two members asking for a loan with KREDIT. She is going to use her share of the loan to pay for additional baby cashew plants to grow.

She sees this loan as a good opportunity to increase the business and boost the crop yields.
