A loan of $875 helped purchase of soft drinks.

Liz Vani's story

Ms. Liz Vani belongs to the Communal Bank “Las Solidarias II”, Tarapoto district, San Martín province, San Martín department. She is in a common-law marriage, she is 24 years old and has one son, still dependent upon her.

Liz Vani is a woman that likes to work so she decided to start her own soft drink business, located in her own home, in very well equipped premises. She runs her business herself, without a timetable or a boss. She tells us she started with S/. 300.00 and began by purchasing six packages of soda pops. She saw things were going very well and she needed more soda pops, so little by little she invested more. Nowadays she continues the business and she is already well known among her clients.

With this S/. 2,500.00 loan she will purchase more drinks, such as sodas in different flavours, sizes and brand names, as well as mineral water, both still and sparkling.

Liz Vani has many goals and feels motivated to make her plans come true. She is very grateful to the Movimiento Manuela Ramos for helping her when she most needed it. She is responsible with her repayment terms and means to continue this way.
