A loan helped to restock her shop.

Robinah's story

Robinah is a single mother with children who attend school.

She operates a retail shop in a small trading centre, a business which provides her with income to provide for her family. This has been her main source of income for the past six years. Robinah submits that her shop is growing with an increasing clientele, which necessitates an increase in her inventory to meet the demand.

It's on this basis that she has applied for a loan of 5,000,000 UGX from UGAFODE to stock more items, especially groceries and stationery. She believes that with increased inventory, her sales will increase, too, thereby improving her income to provide for her children.

Robinah appreciates the lenders for the support that will boost her business. Her dream is to own a wholesale store one day.
