A loan helped to purchase fertilizers and herbicides for her 2-hectare crop of corn.

Eulalia De Los Ángeles's story

Eulalia studied up to the fourth grade in school, is single, and has 5 children, of whom four live with her and help her in the agriculture.

Eulalia has worked growing corn since she was 11 years old and learned it thanks to her father. Her two sons help her grow the corn and she travels 1 km to the land where she works. She begins her work day at 6:00 in the morning and finishes at 5:00 in the afternoon.

In addition, she works making tamales 3 times per week and her two daughters help her to sell them house to house in the community.

Eulalia will use the loan to purchase fertilizers and herbicides for her 2-hectare crop of corn.

Eulalia dreams of improving her house and providing her children with an education.
