A loan helped to pay for five piglets and some fodder for them.

Domoina's story

Domoina is 29 and married, and she has two children. The family lives in a neighborhood on the edge of town. Domoina raises pigs. This business enables her to earn money to boost the family’s income. Her husband does commerce seasonally.

For two years, she has been a partner of VAHATRA. She takes out loans to expand her pig farm. Earning a profit from her business, she manages to pay back what she owes without difficulty.

She needs this loan to pay for five piglets and some fodder to bolster their nutrition. The products are sold every six months. Her dream is to build a family house in order to avoid renting, as they are now.
