Chork Y. is 27 years old and lives with her husband and two of her young children in the Takeo province. Since 2003, she has been working as a garment factory worker to earn a living and is able to make about US$2 of profit every day. Her husband is a moto-taxi driver who is able to make US$3 of profit each day. Chork Y. would like to take out a loan of US$500 to replace an old and unreliable motorbike so that her husband can have his own moto-taxi business.
