Walter Felix
Walter Felix A. D. L. C., 47, lives with his wife, Rosa Iris Gabriel D. D. L. C., 45, and their three children, who all go to the local school. They live in Walter's father's house which is located in Pariña GranD. - Pueblo Nuevo – Ica. Said house was damaged by the earthquake and, using their savings, they were able to put up a small, concrete modular unit that does not have a roof, however. For this reason, they are unable to inhabit it yet and still must live under tarpaulin and plastic covers that were donated at the time of the natural disaster. Walter has been a construction worker for over 15 years and his wife sells candies and works as a cleaning lady. Both are very hard workers. They are asking for financing to install a roof on the unit so that their children can live in it. Their neighbors state that they are responsible, hard-working, enterprising people.
