Santos Andrés's story

Santos studied through high school. He is in a relationship and his partner takes care of the household duties. His mother also lives with them. His children are grown and live apart from them.

Santos has a store in the central part of the city where he sells basic products. He has 30 years of experience in this business and learned the trade from his mother. The store is located in his house and he attends to his customers every day between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. His wife helps with the business.

Santos will use this loan to buy bread, corn, rice, beans, sugar, soft drinks, snack foods, and other products to sell at his store. He will also set up his business as a point of payment where his customers can pay their water and electricity bills.

His dream is to have a strong business that generates many sales. In addition, he wants to save toward expanding his house.
