Mr. Chantha Sin Village Bank Group's story

This village bank loan consists of twenty people and they all live in Chey Otdom village in Takeo province. Mr. Chantha S. is the village bank president who has been selected by the members. He owns a small restaurant which sells items such as coffee, Chinese noodles with soup, and so on.

Since his business is going well, he wants to make soup that tastes more delicious. Thus, he decided to ask for a loan to buy more ingredients to make soup. His wife, Mrs. Khut Sokha, is a farmer who owns a 3 hectare field of land to cultivate rice. Mr. Chantha S. is 39 years old and the father of seven children, two of whom are car cleaners while the others are attending the local school.
