Cristina completed only first grade in school. She is a single mother of five children who work.

Cristina sells french fries, plantain tostadas, yucca, corn enchiladas, fried pork rinds, hamburgers, tacos, tortas, fruit, soda pop, juices, and water. She saw the necessity of opening a business as she separated from her spouse and had to find the means to support her children. She works from 9 AM until 9 PM
