A loan of $925 helped to buy "pagne" cloth.

Akouvi's story

This woman has a revenue-generating business selling pagnes (colorful West African cloth).  She is mastering her commerce, which she learned from her mom, who was a retailer.  Her husband is retired, and what she earns in profits enables her to help cover family expenses.  She supplies herself in Lomé.

The holiday period is approaching, and she would like to expand her inventory, which is exhausted, in order to sell more.  These are the reasons for her request for a WAGES loan, so as to buy 30 lengths of HI-TARGET pagnes, 30 of PHOENIX, and 25 of WAX.
