A loan of $725 helped working capital to purchase merchandise for her store.

Juana's story

Juana is a 49-year-old mother of 2 children, neither of whom live with her. She has had a small grocery store in her home for 3 years, where she offers essential products such as basic grains. She attends to her business personally and has always had the support of her family. Juana has had several loans, and all of them have been used to improve her business. Currently she is requesting this loan for working capital, which will be used to purchase rice, sugar, detergents, coffee, oil, and some toys for the Christmas season. Her desire is to maintain this economic activity, since these are difficult times, due to a lot of competition.
